Naan
Naan is a traditional Indian flatbread made by kneading dough with yogurt and baking it in a hot oven or skillet.

Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 10 minutes until frothy.
- In a large bowl, combine flour and salt. Add yogurt, warm milk, and the yeast mixture. Mix to form a soft dough.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 1-2 hours until doubled in size.
- Punch down the dough and divide it into 5 equal portions. Roll each portion into a ball.
- Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat. Roll out each dough ball into an oval shape about 1/4 inch thick.
- Brush one side of the naan with water and place it wet side down on the hot skillet. Cook until bubbles form on the surface.
- Flip the naan and cook the other side until golden brown. Brush with melted ghee and sprinkle with minced garlic and chopped cilantro if desired.
- Repeat with the remaining dough balls. Serve warm.
Prep
- Activate yeast by mixing with warm water and sugar 10 minutes before starting.
