Aloo Beans

Aloo Beans is a simple stir-fried dish made with potatoes and green beans, seasoned with spices and cooked until tender.

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  3. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  4. Add minced garlic, grated ginger, and sliced green chili. Sauté for a minute.
  5. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften.
  6. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
  7. Add diced potatoes and green beans. Stir to coat with spices.
  8. Cover the pan and cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes and beans are tender.
  9. Garnish with chopped fresh coriander leaves before serving.
