Aloo Beans
Aloo Beans is a simple stir-fried dish made with potatoes and green beans, seasoned with spices and cooked until tender.

Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
- Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
- Add minced garlic, grated ginger, and sliced green chili. Sauté for a minute.
- Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften.
- Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Add diced potatoes and green beans. Stir to coat with spices.
- Cover the pan and cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes and beans are tender.
- Garnish with chopped fresh coriander leaves before serving.
