Aloo Paratha
Aloo Paratha is an Indian flatbread stuffed with a spiced potato filling, prepared by kneading dough, rolling, stuffing, and cooking on a griddle.

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix whole wheat flour with water and a pinch of salt to form a smooth dough. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- In another bowl, combine mashed potatoes, chopped onion, green chili, coriander leaves, grated ginger, cumin seeds, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt.
- Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each portion into a ball.
- Flatten a dough ball, place a portion of the potato mixture in the center, and fold the edges over to seal.
- Gently roll the stuffed dough ball into a flat disc, ensuring the filling does not spill out.
- Heat a griddle over medium heat and cook the paratha, applying ghee on both sides, until golden brown.
- Repeat the process for the remaining dough and filling.
