Aloo Pyaaz Paratha
Aloo Pyaaz Paratha is a stuffed Indian flatbread made with spiced potato and onion filling, cooked on a griddle.

Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix whole wheat flour and water to form a smooth dough. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- In another bowl, combine mashed potatoes, chopped onions, green chilies, coriander leaves, cumin seeds, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well to prepare the filling.
- Divide the dough into equal-sized balls. Flatten each ball slightly and place a portion of the potato filling in the center.
- Bring the edges of the dough together to seal the filling inside and roll gently into a flat disc.
- Heat a griddle over medium heat. Place the rolled paratha on the griddle and cook until golden brown on both sides, applying ghee as needed.
- Repeat the process with the remaining dough and filling. Serve hot with yogurt or pickle.
