Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine mashed potatoes, boiled green peas, chopped green chilies, grated ginger, and chopped coriander leaves.
  2. Add cumin powder, garam masala, red chili powder, salt, and cornstarch to the potato mixture. Mix well to form a dough.
  3. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each portion into a flat round patty.
  4. Coat each patty with bread crumbs, ensuring an even layer on all sides.
  5. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the patties until they are golden brown and crisp on both sides.
  6. Remove the patties from the pan and drain excess oil on paper towels. Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
