Aloo Tikki
Aloo Tikki is a pan-fried potato patty made with mashed potatoes, spices, and herbs, served as a snack or appetizer.

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine mashed potatoes, boiled green peas, chopped green chilies, grated ginger, and chopped coriander leaves.
- Add cumin powder, garam masala, red chili powder, salt, and cornstarch to the potato mixture. Mix well to form a dough.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each portion into a flat round patty.
- Coat each patty with bread crumbs, ensuring an even layer on all sides.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the patties until they are golden brown and crisp on both sides.
- Remove the patties from the pan and drain excess oil on paper towels. Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
