Arbi Masala Curry
Arbi Masala Curry is a spiced curry made with taro root, tomatoes, and spices, cooked to a flavorful consistency.

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
- Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
- Add minced garlic, grated ginger, and slit green chilies. Sauté for a minute.
- Add tomato puree and cook until the oil separates from the mixture.
- Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Add the cubed taro root and mix to coat with the spices.
- Pour in water, cover the pan, and let it simmer until the taro root is cooked through.
- Add garam masala and stir well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
