Bhindi Do Pyaza

Instructions
- Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the sliced onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
- Add cumin seeds, grated ginger, and minced garlic. Sauté for another minute.
- Add the chopped tomatoes and green chilies. Cook until the tomatoes become soft.
- Stir in turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Add the okra pieces and mix them with the spices. Cook for about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Sprinkle garam masala over the cooked okra and mix well.
- Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro before serving.
