Bhindi Fry
Bhindi Fry is a simple Indian dish made by stir-frying okra with spices and onions.

| Oil (for frying) | 3 | Tbsp |

| Cilantro (chopped for garnish) | 1 | Bunch |
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds. Allow them to splutter.
- Add sliced onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
- Add minced garlic and slit green chilies, sauté for another minute.
- Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften.
- Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Add sliced okra and stir well to coat with the spices. Cook on low heat, stirring occasionally, until the okra is tender and cooked through.
- Once the okra is cooked, add lemon juice and mix well.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
