Boondi Raita
Boondi Raita is a yogurt-based side dish made by mixing crispy boondi with spiced yogurt, garnished with herbs.

| Black Salt (optional, for flavor) | 0.5 | Tsp |
Instructions
- In a bowl, soak the boondi in 100 milliliters of water for 10 minutes to soften.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk the yogurt until smooth.
- Add cumin powder, red chili powder, salt, sugar, and black salt to the yogurt. Mix well.
- Drain the soaked boondi and gently squeeze out excess water.
- Add the drained boondi to the spiced yogurt and mix gently.
- Garnish with chopped coriander and mint leaves before serving.
Prep
- Soak boondi in water for 10 minutes before preparation.
