Bread Pakora
Bread Pakora is a deep-fried snack made by dipping bread slices in a spiced chickpea flour batter and frying until golden brown.

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix chickpea flour, water, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt to form a smooth batter.
- In another bowl, combine mashed potatoes, green chili, ginger, cumin seeds, and coriander leaves. Mix well.
- Spread the potato mixture evenly on one slice of bread and cover with another slice to make a sandwich.
- Cut each sandwich into two triangles.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
- Dip each bread triangle into the chickpea flour batter, ensuring it is fully coated.
- Carefully place the coated bread triangles into the hot oil and fry until golden brown on both sides.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
- Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
Prep
- Boil and mash potatoes 1 hour in advance.
