Chicken Keema Burji
Chicken Keema Burji is a spiced scrambled chicken dish cooked with onions, tomatoes, and spices.

| Oil (vegetable or canola) | 3 | Tbsp |
| Fresh Coriander Leaves (finely chopped) | 1 | Bunch |
| Lemon (cut into wedges for garnish) | 1 | Count |
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds. Allow them to splutter.
- Add finely chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
- Add ginger garlic paste and sauté for another 2 minutes until the raw smell disappears.
- Add chopped tomatoes and green chilies. Cook until the tomatoes become soft and oil starts to separate.
- Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Add the chicken mince and cook on medium heat until the chicken is fully cooked and no longer pink.
- Add garam masala and mix well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with lemon wedges.
