Chicken Keema Burji

Chicken Keema Burji is a spiced scrambled chicken dish cooked with onions, tomatoes, and spices.

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds. Allow them to splutter.
  2. Add finely chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste and sauté for another 2 minutes until the raw smell disappears.
  4. Add chopped tomatoes and green chilies. Cook until the tomatoes become soft and oil starts to separate.
  5. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
  6. Add the chicken mince and cook on medium heat until the chicken is fully cooked and no longer pink.
  7. Add garam masala and mix well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  8. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with lemon wedges.
