Chicken Sahmi Kabab

Chicken Sahmi Kabab is a grilled dish made with marinated chicken and spices, served with a side of fresh salad.

Green Chili (finely chopped)2Count
Fresh Cilantro (finely chopped)1Bunch

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breast into 1-inch cubes.
  2. In a large bowl, mix yogurt, ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt.
  3. Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and mix well to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto skewers, alternating with pieces of onion and green chili.
  6. Brush the skewers with olive oil and place them on the grill.
  7. Grill the chicken skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred.
  8. Remove the skewers from the grill and garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.

Prep

  • Marinate the chicken for at least 2 hours in advance.
