Chicken Sahmi Kabab
Chicken Sahmi Kabab is a grilled dish made with marinated chicken and spices, served with a side of fresh salad.

Instructions
- Cut the chicken breast into 1-inch cubes.
- In a large bowl, mix yogurt, ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt.
- Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and mix well to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto skewers, alternating with pieces of onion and green chili.
- Brush the skewers with olive oil and place them on the grill.
- Grill the chicken skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred.
- Remove the skewers from the grill and garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
Prep
- Marinate the chicken for at least 2 hours in advance.
