Chicken Shami Kabab
Chicken Shami Kabab is a flavorful dish made by blending minced chicken with lentils and spices, then pan-frying the patties.

Instructions
- In a pot, combine minced chicken, soaked chana dal, chopped onion, minced garlic, grated ginger, chopped green chili, cumin powder, garam masala, red chili powder, and salt.
- Add enough water to cover the mixture and cook on medium heat until the dal is soft and the water is absorbed.
- Allow the mixture to cool, then grind it into a smooth paste using a food processor.
- Mix in the chopped coriander leaves and beaten egg into the paste.
- Shape the mixture into small patties.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry the patties until golden brown on both sides.
- Remove the kababs from the pan and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
