Chicken Tikki
Chicken Tikki is a spiced, marinated chicken dish grilled to perfection using yogurt, spices, and herbs.

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine yogurt, ginger, garlic, lemon juice, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt to create the marinade.
- Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight for best results.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grill grates.
- Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto skewers, leaving a small gap between each piece.
- Grill the chicken skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has a nice char.
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro before serving.
