Chilla
Chilla is a savory pancake made from chickpea flour and spices, cooked on a griddle until golden brown.

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine chickpea flour, water, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Whisk until smooth.
- Add chopped onion, tomato, green chili, and coriander leaves to the batter. Mix well.
- Heat a non-stick griddle over medium heat and lightly grease with oil.
- Pour a ladleful of batter onto the griddle and spread it evenly to form a thin pancake.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side for another 2 minutes.
- Repeat the process with the remaining batter, adding more oil as needed.
- Serve hot with chutney or yogurt.
Prep
- Soak chickpea flour in water for 30 minutes before preparing the batter.
