Corn Saag
Corn Saag is a vegetarian dish made by simmering corn and spinach with spices, creating a flavorful and nutritious meal.

Instructions
- Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
- Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
- Add minced garlic, grated ginger, and chopped green chilies. Sauté for another minute.
- Stir in the pureed tomatoes and cook until the oil separates from the mixture.
- Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Add the chopped spinach and corn kernels. Mix everything together.
- Cover and cook on low heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Once the spinach is cooked, add garam masala and cream. Stir well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Adjust seasoning if necessary and serve hot with rice or bread.
