Curried Beef Keema
Curried Beef Keema is a spiced ground beef dish cooked with onions, tomatoes, and peas, served over rice or with bread.

Instructions
- Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.
- Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
- Add minced garlic, grated ginger, and chopped green chilies. Sauté for another minute.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
- Stir in chopped tomatoes, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until tomatoes are soft.
- Add thawed peas and yogurt. Mix well and cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Sprinkle garam masala over the mixture and stir to combine.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot with rice or bread.
Prep
- Thaw frozen peas for at least 1 hour before cooking.
