Instructions
- Heat butter in a pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds. Allow them to splutter.
- Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn translucent.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for another minute.
- Add chopped tomatoes and green chilies, cook until the tomatoes soften.
- Stir in turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Crack the eggs into the pan and stir continuously to scramble them with the vegetables.
- Cook until the eggs are fully cooked and slightly dry.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
