Instructions

  1. Heat butter in a pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds. Allow them to splutter.
  2. Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn translucent.
  3. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for another minute.
  4. Add chopped tomatoes and green chilies, cook until the tomatoes soften.
  5. Stir in turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  6. Crack the eggs into the pan and stir continuously to scramble them with the vegetables.
  7. Cook until the eggs are fully cooked and slightly dry.
  8. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
