Egg Omelette with Avocado

Instructions
- Crack the eggs into a large bowl, add whole milk, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well combined.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a portion of the butter.
- Pour a portion of the egg mixture into the skillet, tilting to spread evenly.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until the edges start to set, then sprinkle with cheddar cheese and chives.
- Gently fold the omelette in half and cook for another minute until the cheese melts.
- Slide the omelette onto a plate and top with avocado slices.
- Repeat the process for the remaining egg mixture to make additional omelettes.
