Egg Omelette with Avocado

Instructions

  1. Crack the eggs into a large bowl, add whole milk, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well combined.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a portion of the butter.
  3. Pour a portion of the egg mixture into the skillet, tilting to spread evenly.
  4. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the edges start to set, then sprinkle with cheddar cheese and chives.
  5. Gently fold the omelette in half and cook for another minute until the cheese melts.
  6. Slide the omelette onto a plate and top with avocado slices.
  7. Repeat the process for the remaining egg mixture to make additional omelettes.
