Garlic Shrimp

Sauté shrimp with garlic and butter, finished with lemon juice and parsley.

Olive Oil (extra virgin)2Tbsp
Lemon (juiced)1Count
Parsley (fresh, chopped)1Bunch
Salt (to taste)1Tsp
Black Pepper (freshly ground)0.5Tsp

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and half of the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Increase heat to medium-high and add shrimp to the skillet.
  4. Cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
  5. Add remaining butter, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to the skillet.
  6. Stir well to coat the shrimp with the sauce.
  7. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Prep

  • Thaw shrimp if frozen, in the refrigerator overnight.
