Garlic Shrimp
Sauté shrimp with garlic and butter, finished with lemon juice and parsley.

| Olive Oil (extra virgin) | 2 | Tbsp |

| Parsley (fresh, chopped) | 1 | Bunch |
| Salt (to taste) | 1 | Tsp |
| Black Pepper (freshly ground) | 0.5 | Tsp |
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil and half of the butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Increase heat to medium-high and add shrimp to the skillet.
- Cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
- Add remaining butter, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to the skillet.
- Stir well to coat the shrimp with the sauce.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Prep
- Thaw shrimp if frozen, in the refrigerator overnight.
