Gobi Matar
Gobi Matar is a simple Indian curry made by simmering cauliflower and peas in a spiced tomato gravy.

| Red Chili Powder | 0.5 | Tsp |
| Salt (or to taste) | 1 | Tsp |
| Vegetable Oil | 3 | Tbsp |
| Cilantro (chopped for garnish) | 1 | Bunch |
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
- Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
- Add minced garlic, grated ginger, and slit green chili. Sauté for a minute.
- Add tomato puree, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until oil separates.
- Add cauliflower florets and mix well with the masala.
- Cover and cook for 10 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally.
- Add green peas and garam masala. Mix well and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
