Gobi Matar Sabzi
Gobi Matar Sabzi is a simple Indian dish made by sautéing cauliflower and peas with spices.

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
- Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
- Add minced garlic, grated ginger, and slit green chili. Sauté for another minute.
- Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft and oil starts to separate.
- Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Add cauliflower florets and green peas. Stir to coat the vegetables with the spice mixture.
- Cover the pan and cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender.
- Sprinkle garam masala and mix well. Cook for another 2 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
