Hariyali Chicken is a flavorful Indian dish made by marinating chicken in a green herb paste and cooking it until tender.

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine cilantro, mint leaves, green chilies, garlic, ginger, and lemon juice. Blend to form a smooth paste.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the herb paste with yogurt, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt.
  3. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  4. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook until the chicken is fully cooked and tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  5. Serve the Hariyali Chicken hot with rice or naan.
