Instructions
- In a blender, combine cilantro, mint leaves, green chilies, garlic, ginger, and lemon juice. Blend to form a smooth paste.
- In a large bowl, mix the herb paste with yogurt, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt.
- Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook until the chicken is fully cooked and tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- Serve the Hariyali Chicken hot with rice or naan.
