Jeera Aloo
Jeera Aloo is a simple Indian dish prepared by sautéing boiled potatoes with cumin seeds and spices.

| Coriander Leaves (chopped) | 1 | Bunch |

Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
- Add slit green chilies and grated ginger, sauté for a minute.
- Add boiled and peeled potatoes, cut into cubes.
- Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are well coated with spices.
- Turn off the heat and add lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves. Mix gently.
- Serve hot as a side dish or with bread.
