Kadai Chicken
Kadai Chicken is a spicy Indian dish prepared by stir-frying chicken with bell peppers, onions, and a blend of spices in a wok.

Instructions
- Heat oil in a wok over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
- Add sliced onions and sauté until golden brown.
- Add grated ginger, minced garlic, and slit green chilies. Sauté for a minute.
- Add chicken pieces and cook until they are no longer pink.
- Stir in tomato puree, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Cook until the oil separates.
- Add whisked yogurt and mix well. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Add bell peppers and crushed coriander seeds. Stir-fry for another 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle garam masala and chopped cilantro. Mix well and cook for 2 more minutes.
- Serve hot with rice or naan.
