Kadai Paneer

Kadai Paneer is a spicy Indian curry made with paneer, bell peppers, and a blend of spices cooked in a thick tomato-based sauce.

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a kadai or deep pan over medium heat.
  2. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  3. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  4. Add ginger, garlic, and green chilies, sauté for a minute.
  5. Add tomato puree, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Cook until the oil separates.
  6. Add roasted coriander seeds and mix well.
  7. Add bell peppers and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  8. Add paneer cubes and mix gently to coat with the masala.
  9. Sprinkle garam masala and mix well. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  10. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
