Kadai Paneer
Kadai Paneer is a spicy Indian curry made with paneer, bell peppers, and a blend of spices cooked in a thick tomato-based sauce.

| Salt (or to taste) | 1 | Tsp |

| Fresh Coriander Leaves (chopped for garnish) | 1 | Bunch |
Instructions
- Heat oil in a kadai or deep pan over medium heat.
- Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
- Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
- Add ginger, garlic, and green chilies, sauté for a minute.
- Add tomato puree, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Cook until the oil separates.
- Add roasted coriander seeds and mix well.
- Add bell peppers and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Add paneer cubes and mix gently to coat with the masala.
- Sprinkle garam masala and mix well. Cook for another 2 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
