Mooli Paratha
Mooli Paratha is a stuffed Indian flatbread made with grated radish, spices, and whole wheat flour, cooked on a griddle.

Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix whole wheat flour with water and a pinch of salt to form a smooth dough. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Squeeze excess water from the grated radish and mix it with green chili, coriander leaves, cumin seeds, carom seeds, red chili powder, and salt.
- Divide the dough into 10 equal portions and roll each into a ball.
- Flatten each dough ball slightly, place a portion of the radish mixture in the center, and seal the edges to enclose the filling.
- Roll the stuffed dough balls gently into flat circles, about 6 inches in diameter.
- Heat a griddle over medium heat and cook each paratha, applying ghee on both sides, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve hot with yogurt or pickle.
