Mushroom Do Pyaza

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Allow them to splutter.
- Add finely chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
- Add ginger, garlic, and green chilies. Sauté for a minute.
- Add tomato puree and cook until the oil separates from the mixture.
- Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Add sliced mushrooms and large onion pieces. Stir well to coat with the spices.
- Cover and cook on low heat for 10-12 minutes until mushrooms are tender.
- Add garam masala and mix well. Cook for another 2 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
