Mushroom Malai Curry

Mushroom Malai Curry is a creamy curry made with mushrooms, spices, and cream, cooked to perfection.

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Allow them to splutter.
  2. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add grated ginger, minced garlic, and slit green chilies. Sauté for a minute.
  4. Add tomato puree and cook until the oil separates from the mixture.
  5. Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
  6. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until they are soft and tender.
  7. Stir in the heavy cream and garam masala. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  8. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
