Mutton Kabab
Mutton kababs are prepared by marinating minced mutton with spices and grilling until cooked.

| Red Chili Powder | 1 | Tsp |
| Salt (or to taste) | 1 | Tsp |
| Lemon Juice (freshly squeezed) | 2 | Tbsp |
| Yogurt (whole milk based) | 100 | Grams |
| Oil (for basting) | 2 | Tbsp |
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine minced mutton, chopped onion, minced garlic, grated ginger, chopped green chili, coriander leaves, and mint leaves.
- Add cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder, and salt to the mixture.
- Add lemon juice and yogurt to the mixture and mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined.
- Cover the bowl and let the mixture marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Shape the marinated mixture into small patties or skewers.
- Place the kababs on the grill and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally and basting with oil, until they are cooked through.
- Remove from the grill and serve hot with mint chutney or yogurt sauce.

- Thaw minced mutton in the refrigerator overnight if frozen.
