Mutton Kabab

Mutton kababs are prepared by marinating minced mutton with spices and grilling until cooked.

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine minced mutton, chopped onion, minced garlic, grated ginger, chopped green chili, coriander leaves, and mint leaves.
  2. Add cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder, and salt to the mixture.
  3. Add lemon juice and yogurt to the mixture and mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined.
  4. Cover the bowl and let the mixture marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  5. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  6. Shape the marinated mixture into small patties or skewers.
  7. Place the kababs on the grill and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally and basting with oil, until they are cooked through.
  8. Remove from the grill and serve hot with mint chutney or yogurt sauce.

Prep

  • Thaw minced mutton in the refrigerator overnight if frozen.
