Mutton Keema Bhurji

Mutton Keema Bhurji is a spiced minced mutton dish cooked with onions, tomatoes, and spices, perfect for a hearty meal.

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds.
  2. Once the cumin seeds splutter, add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add minced garlic, grated ginger, and chopped green chilies. Sauté for 2 minutes.
  4. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften and oil separates.
  5. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
  6. Add the mutton mince and cook on high heat for 5 minutes, stirring continuously.
  7. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and let it cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  8. Add garam masala and mix well. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  9. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and lemon juice before serving.
