Mutton Keema Bhurji
Mutton Keema Bhurji is a spiced minced mutton dish cooked with onions, tomatoes, and spices, perfect for a hearty meal.

Instructions
- Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds.
- Once the cumin seeds splutter, add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
- Add minced garlic, grated ginger, and chopped green chilies. Sauté for 2 minutes.
- Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften and oil separates.
- Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Add the mutton mince and cook on high heat for 5 minutes, stirring continuously.
- Reduce the heat to low, cover, and let it cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add garam masala and mix well. Cook for another 5 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and lemon juice before serving.
