Nutrela Aloo Curry
Nutrela Aloo Curry is a flavorful curry made with soy chunks and potatoes, simmered in a spiced tomato and onion gravy.

Instructions
- Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
- Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
- Add grated ginger, minced garlic, and slit green chilies. Sauté for another minute.
- Add pureed tomatoes and cook until the oil separates from the mixture.
- Stir in turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Add cubed potatoes and soaked soy chunks. Mix well to coat with the spices.
- Pour in water, cover the pan, and let it simmer on low heat until the potatoes are tender.
- Once the potatoes are cooked, add garam masala and mix well.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
Prep
- Soak soy chunks in warm water for 30 minutes before cooking.
