Nutrela Chura Bhurji
Nutrela Chura Bhurji is a protein-rich dish made by sautéing soya granules with spices, vegetables, and eggs.

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds. Allow them to splutter.
- Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
- Add minced garlic, grated ginger, and chopped green chilies. Sauté for another minute.
- Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until tomatoes are soft.
- Add the soaked soya granules and mix well. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Pour in the beaten eggs and stir continuously until the eggs are cooked and well incorporated.
- Sprinkle garam masala and mix well. Cook for another 2 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro and serve hot.
Prep
- Soak soya granules in warm water for 30 minutes before cooking.
