Nutrela Chura Bhurji

Nutrela Chura Bhurji is a protein-rich dish made by sautéing soya granules with spices, vegetables, and eggs.

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds. Allow them to splutter.
  2. Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
  3. Add minced garlic, grated ginger, and chopped green chilies. Sauté for another minute.
  4. Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until tomatoes are soft.
  5. Add the soaked soya granules and mix well. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
  6. Pour in the beaten eggs and stir continuously until the eggs are cooked and well incorporated.
  7. Sprinkle garam masala and mix well. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  8. Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro and serve hot.

  • Soak soya granules in warm water for 30 minutes before cooking.
