Paneer Bhurji

Paneer Bhurji is a scrambled paneer dish cooked with spices, tomatoes, and onions. It is a quick and flavorful vegetarian meal.

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds. Allow them to splutter.
  2. Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
  3. Add minced garlic, grated ginger, and chopped green chilies. Sauté for another minute.
  4. Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes are soft and the oil separates.
  5. Add crumbled paneer and mix well with the masala. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle garam masala and mix well. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  7. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
