Paneer Bhurji

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds. Allow them to splutter.
- Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
- Add minced garlic, grated ginger, and chopped green chilies. Sauté for another minute.
- Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes are soft and the oil separates.
- Add crumbled paneer and mix well with the masala. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Sprinkle garam masala and mix well. Cook for another 2 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
