Paneer Butter Masala
Paneer Butter Masala is a creamy tomato-based curry with paneer cubes, prepared by simmering paneer in a spiced tomato and butter sauce.

Instructions
- Heat butter in a pan and add cumin seeds. Allow them to splutter.
- Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
- Add grated ginger and minced garlic, sauté for a minute.
- Pour in the tomato puree and cook until the oil separates.
- Add coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Add water and bring the mixture to a boil.
- Add paneer cubes and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream and sugar, cook for another 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle garam masala and kasuri methi, mix well.
- Serve hot with naan or rice.
