Paneer Capsicum

Paneer Capsicum is a stir-fried dish with paneer, bell peppers, and spices cooked in a tomato-based sauce.

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
  2. Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
  3. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for another minute.
  4. Add tomato puree, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until the oil separates from the masala.
  5. Add chopped green and red bell peppers, stir well, and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Add paneer cubes and garam masala, mix gently to coat the paneer with the spices.
  7. Cook for another 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the paneer is cooked through.
  8. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
