Paneer Capsicum
Paneer Capsicum is a stir-fried dish with paneer, bell peppers, and spices cooked in a tomato-based sauce.

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
- Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for another minute.
- Add tomato puree, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until the oil separates from the masala.
- Add chopped green and red bell peppers, stir well, and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add paneer cubes and garam masala, mix gently to coat the paneer with the spices.
- Cook for another 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the paneer is cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
