Paneer Do Pyaza
Paneer Do Pyaza is a North Indian curry made with paneer and onions cooked in a spiced tomato-based gravy.

| Fresh Coriander Leaves (chopped) | 1 | Bunch |
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
- Add chopped onions, ginger, and garlic. Sauté until onions are golden brown.
- Add tomato puree, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until oil separates from the masala.
- Add sliced onions and green chilies. Cook for 2-3 minutes until onions are slightly tender.
- Add paneer cubes and mix gently. Cook for another 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle garam masala and mix well. Cook for another minute.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
