Paneer Do Pyaza

Paneer Do Pyaza is a North Indian curry made with paneer and onions cooked in a spiced tomato-based gravy.

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
  2. Add chopped onions, ginger, and garlic. Sauté until onions are golden brown.
  3. Add tomato puree, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until oil separates from the masala.
  4. Add sliced onions and green chilies. Cook for 2-3 minutes until onions are slightly tender.
  5. Add paneer cubes and mix gently. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle garam masala and mix well. Cook for another minute.
  7. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
