Paneer Lababdar
Paneer Lababdar is a rich Indian curry made with paneer, tomatoes, and spices, cooked to create a creamy and flavorful dish.

| Kasuri Methi (crushed) | 1 | Tbsp |
| Water | 200 | Milliliters |
| Coriander Leaves (chopped) | 1 | Bunch |
Instructions
- Heat butter in a pan and add chopped onions. Sauté until golden brown.
- Add grated ginger, minced garlic, and slit green chilies. Sauté for 2 minutes.
- Add tomato puree and cook until the oil separates from the mixture.
- Add coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Add water and bring the mixture to a boil. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add paneer cubes and sugar. Stir gently and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add cream and garam masala. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Sprinkle crushed kasuri methi and chopped coriander leaves. Mix and turn off the heat.
