Paneer Lababdar

Paneer Lababdar is a rich Indian curry made with paneer, tomatoes, and spices, cooked to create a creamy and flavorful dish.

Instructions

  1. Heat butter in a pan and add chopped onions. Sauté until golden brown.
  2. Add grated ginger, minced garlic, and slit green chilies. Sauté for 2 minutes.
  3. Add tomato puree and cook until the oil separates from the mixture.
  4. Add coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
  5. Add water and bring the mixture to a boil. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Add paneer cubes and sugar. Stir gently and cook for 5 minutes.
  7. Add cream and garam masala. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.
  8. Sprinkle crushed kasuri methi and chopped coriander leaves. Mix and turn off the heat.
