Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin seeds, salt, and baking soda.
- Gradually add water to the dry ingredients, whisking continuously to form a smooth batter.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
- Dip each paneer cube into the batter, ensuring it is fully coated.
- Carefully place the batter-coated paneer cubes into the hot oil and fry until golden brown.
- Remove the fried paneer pakoras with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
