Paneer Pakora

Paneer Pakora is a deep-fried snack made by coating paneer cubes in a spiced chickpea flour batter.

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin seeds, salt, and baking soda.
  2. Gradually add water to the dry ingredients, whisking continuously to form a smooth batter.
  3. Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Dip each paneer cube into the batter, ensuring it is fully coated.
  5. Carefully place the batter-coated paneer cubes into the hot oil and fry until golden brown.
  6. Remove the fried paneer pakoras with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
  7. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
