Paneer Tikka
Paneer Tikka is a marinated and grilled Indian dish made with paneer cubes, yogurt, and spices.

Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix yogurt, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt to make the marinade.
- Add paneer cubes, bell peppers, and onion pieces to the marinade. Mix gently to coat all pieces evenly.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to infuse.
- Preheat the grill or oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- Thread the marinated paneer, bell peppers, and onions onto skewers, alternating between them.
- Brush the skewers with oil to prevent sticking and enhance grilling.
- Grill the skewers for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the paneer is golden and slightly charred.
- Serve hot with mint chutney and lemon wedges.
