Paneer Tikka Masala
Paneer Tikka Masala is a marinated paneer dish cooked in a spiced tomato-based sauce, served as a main course.

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt to create a marinade.
- Add paneer cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat a grill or oven to medium-high heat. Skewer the marinated paneer and grill for 10-15 minutes until slightly charred.
- In a pan, heat oil and butter. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
- Add tomato puree to the pan and cook for 10 minutes until the oil separates from the sauce.
- Add grilled paneer to the sauce and mix well. Cook for another 5 minutes.
- Stir in cream and cook for 2 more minutes. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves before serving.
Prep
- Marinate paneer cubes for at least 2 hours in advance.
