Patta Gobhi Sabzi
Patta Gobhi Sabzi is a simple Indian dish made by sautéing shredded cabbage with spices and herbs.

| Oil (vegetable or canola) | 2 | Tbsp |

Instructions
- Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
- Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
- Add minced garlic, grated ginger, and slit green chilies. Sauté for 1 minute.
- Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften.
- Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Add diced potatoes and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add shredded cabbage and mix well with the spices.
- Cover and cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage and potatoes are tender.
- Sprinkle garam masala and chopped cilantro. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Serve hot with roti or rice.
