Patta Gobi Mix Veg

A stir-fried Indian dish made with cabbage, mixed vegetables, and spices, cooked until tender.

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  2. Add chopped onions, ginger, garlic, and green chilies. Sauté until onions are translucent.
  3. Add tomatoes and cook until they soften.
  4. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
  5. Add diced potatoes and carrots. Stir and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Add shredded cabbage and green peas. Mix everything well.
  7. Cover the pan and let the vegetables cook on low heat for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  8. Once the vegetables are cooked, add garam masala and mix well.
  9. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
