Patta Gobi Mix Veg
A stir-fried Indian dish made with cabbage, mixed vegetables, and spices, cooked until tender.

Instructions
- Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
- Add chopped onions, ginger, garlic, and green chilies. Sauté until onions are translucent.
- Add tomatoes and cook until they soften.
- Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Add diced potatoes and carrots. Stir and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add shredded cabbage and green peas. Mix everything well.
- Cover the pan and let the vegetables cook on low heat for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Once the vegetables are cooked, add garam masala and mix well.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
