Pav Bhaji
Pav Bhaji is a spiced vegetable mash served with buttered bread rolls, prepared by simmering vegetables and spices together.

Instructions
- Boil potatoes, cauliflower, green peas, and carrots until soft. Drain and mash them together.
- In a large pan, melt butter and sauté onions until translucent.
- Add ginger and garlic, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft and mushy.
- Stir in pav bhaji masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Add the mashed vegetables to the pan and mix well. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add chopped bell pepper and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot with buttered pav bread rolls and lemon wedges.
