Poori
Poori is a deep-fried Indian bread made from unleavened whole wheat flour dough, rolled into small discs and fried until golden brown.

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour and salt.
- Add melted ghee to the flour mixture and mix well until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
- Gradually add water to the flour mixture, kneading to form a smooth and pliable dough.
- Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Divide the dough into small balls, approximately the size of a golf ball.
- Roll each ball into a small disc, about 4 inches in diameter, using a rolling pin.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat until hot.
- Gently slide a rolled disc into the hot oil and fry until it puffs up and turns golden brown, flipping once.
- Remove the poori from the oil and drain on paper towels. Repeat with remaining discs.
