Prawn Masala

Cook prawns with spices, tomatoes, and onions to create a flavorful masala dish.

Coconut Milk (whole milk based)200Milliliters
Coriander Leaves (chopped)1Bunch
Vegetable Oil3Tbsp

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and add chopped onions. Sauté until golden brown.
  2. Add grated ginger, minced garlic, and slit green chilies. Sauté for 2 minutes.
  3. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft and oil separates.
  4. Add coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Add prawns to the pan and stir to coat them with the masala. Cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Pour in coconut milk and simmer for another 5 minutes until prawns are cooked through.
  7. Sprinkle garam masala and chopped coriander leaves. Stir well and remove from heat.
