Prawn Masala
Cook prawns with spices, tomatoes, and onions to create a flavorful masala dish.

| Garam Masala | 1 | Tsp |
| Salt (or to taste) | 1 | Tsp |
| Coconut Milk (whole milk based) | 200 | Milliliters |
| Coriander Leaves (chopped) | 1 | Bunch |
| Vegetable Oil | 3 | Tbsp |
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and add chopped onions. Sauté until golden brown.
- Add grated ginger, minced garlic, and slit green chilies. Sauté for 2 minutes.
- Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft and oil separates.
- Add coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add prawns to the pan and stir to coat them with the masala. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Pour in coconut milk and simmer for another 5 minutes until prawns are cooked through.
- Sprinkle garam masala and chopped coriander leaves. Stir well and remove from heat.
