Roasted Shrimp
Roasted shrimp seasoned with garlic, lemon, and herbs, baked to perfection.

| Red Pepper Flakes (optional, for heat) | 0.5 | Tsp |
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the marinade.
- Spread the shrimp in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
