Roasted Shrimp

Roasted shrimp seasoned with garlic, lemon, and herbs, baked to perfection.

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the marinade.
  4. Spread the shrimp in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
