Saag Paneer
Saag Paneer is a vegetarian dish made by cooking paneer cubes in a spiced spinach sauce, using whole milk dairy products.

| Cream (whole milk based) | 100 | Milliliters |
| Oil (for frying) | 2 | Tbsp |
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Allow them to splutter.
- Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
- Add minced garlic, grated ginger, and chopped green chili. Sauté for a minute.
- Add pureed tomatoes, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until the oil separates from the masala.
- Add chopped spinach and cook until wilted. Blend the mixture into a smooth paste using a blender.
- Return the spinach paste to the pan, add paneer cubes, and mix well.
- Add cream and garam masala. Stir and cook for another 5 minutes on low heat.
- Serve hot with rice or bread.
Prep
- Soak paneer in warm water for 30 minutes to soften.
