Shrimp Fry
Shrimp fry prepared with marinated shrimp, spices, and herbs, cooked until golden brown.

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix shrimp with lemon juice, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Let it marinate for 30 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté until fragrant.
- Add sliced onion and green chili to the pan, cook until onions are translucent.
- Add marinated shrimp to the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes until shrimp turn pink and are cooked through.
- Stir in curry leaves, coriander powder, cumin powder, and black pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve hot with rice or bread.
Prep
- Thaw shrimp if frozen.
