Simple Triangle Paratha
Simple Triangle Paratha is an Indian flatbread made by rolling dough into triangles and cooking on a skillet.
Ingredients

Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix whole wheat flour and salt.
- Gradually add lukewarm water to the flour mixture, kneading until a soft dough forms.
- Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 10 equal portions and roll each into a ball.
- Flatten each ball slightly, brush with melted ghee, and fold into a triangle shape.
- Roll each triangle into a flat disc about 6 inches in diameter.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little oil.
- Cook each paratha on the skillet, flipping occasionally, until golden brown on both sides.
- Serve hot with your choice of curry or yogurt.
